In addition to the above, there is provision of Rs.850/- as ASI's Entrance fee per head for Others (All National other than citizen of India, visitors from SAARC and BIMSTEC countries) in World Heritage Monuments i.e. Taj Mahal, Agra Fort and Fatehpur Sikri.

" Provided that the Rs.850/- ticket is optional for Nationals of countries other than mentioned in (i) above. This would entitle the ticket holder to additional facilities as specified by Director General, by order, time to time".

Further, there is provision of Rs.300/- as ASI's Entrance fee per head for Others (All National other than citizen of India, visitors from SAARC and BIMSTEC countries) in Non-World Heritage Monuments under Agra Circle i.e. Akbar's tomb, Mariam's tomb, Itimad-ud-Daulah's tomb and Mehtab Bagh.

Note-: Foreign Visitors including Citizen of SAARC and BIMSTEC countries who purchase Agra Development Authority (ADA)'s Pathkar (Toll Tax ticket of Rs.500/- at any of the five monuments of Agra viz Taj Mahal, Agra Fort, Fatehpur Sikri, Akbar's Tomb, Itimad-ud-Daulah's tomb need not to purchase any other Toll Tax (Pathkar) ticket, if he/she visits the above listed monuments on the same day.) On Friday ADA does not levy Toll tax.

NIGHT VIEWING OF TAJ MAHAL

Night viewing of Taj Mahal has been allowed from 28th November, 2004 for five nights in a month including the Full Moon night and two days before and two days after except Fridays and month of Ramzan as per the order of Hon'ble Supreme Court of India. The night viewing of Taj Mahal is opened from 8-30 p.m. to 12-30 in eight batches of 50 persons for half an hour duration. The visitors of the night viewing of Taj Mahal have to report at Shilpagram complex half an hour in advance of the viewing time. The entry is allowed from the Eastern Gate of the Taj Mahal only after security check near the Eastern gate. The visitors have to keep their luggage at the counter fee of cost. No video camera is allowed inside the monument during the night viewing. The night viewing tickets of Taj Mahal can be purchased from the Booking Counter located in the office of Archaeological Survey of India, Agra Circle, 22 The Mall, Agra, Uttar Pradesh in between 10-00 am to 6-00 p.m. one day in advance of the date of night viewing. Cancellation of Ticket

The night viewing ticket can be cancelled in the Booking counter of ASI at 22 The Mall, Agra on the same date of viewing upto 12.00 p.m. with cancellation charge of 25% of the ticket.

Rate of Night Viewing Ticket:

Indian (Adult): Rs 510/-
Foreigner (Adult): Rs 750/-
Children (Above 3 Yrs upto 15 Years age): Rs. 500/-.

Documents Mandatory for Purchasing Night Viewing Ticket:-

1. Xerox copy of address proof and ID proof for Indian Visitors.

2. Xerox of passport for Foreign Visitors.

The forthcoming full moon dates for the current financial year 2020-2021 is given below. The day of full moon may subject to minor variation.

NOTE During the year 2020-21 Taj Mahal Night viewing will be open two days before and two day after of the above noted full moon date (Except Friday). The tickets of the night viewing can be purchased one day before the night view date from the counter at ASI office, 22 Mall Road, Agra from 10:00 a.m to 06:00 p.m.
